We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shopify2345@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-refundable or non-refundable circumstances are as follows:
1. The shooting angle or light of the goods, as well as the color difference between the computer or mobile phone display and the actual product, are not used as a reason for return. The product is based on the actual color.
2. We have removed this product or stopped selling it. (In this case, the goods cannot be replaced, please send an email to negotiate with customer service to solve it, you can buy another product, or apply for a refund)
3. Customer’s artificial damage affects the second sale of goods.
4. The thread ends are not cleaned up (after all, it's wholesale production, not counter clothing, please understand)
5. Without contacting our customer service for confirmation, unauthorized return of the goods will not be processed (we will not bear any responsibility for the loss of parts caused by unauthorized returns).
6. No refund will be made if the return period is exceeded (within 14 days after receipt according to the express order number)
7. Fabric quality or transparency, etc. (there is no fixed standard can not be measured, please take the real object as the standard, hope understanding).
8. There is a gap between the clothing size and the product description (the proper gap in size is within the normal range, which is inevitable). The general error of 3-4 cm is within the normal range.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Evidence is needed to after-sale service

  • If you request after-sales service, you need to submit relative evidences as follows:
  • 1.Screenshots of email history
  • 2.Screenshots showing refunds from PayPal and other payment methods recognized by quarkscm
  • 3.A clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging and before we can consider issuing RMA authorization.?Only offering screenshots of customer dispute refunds, can not prove that it must be a product quality issue, and Qks will not provide after-sales service.

 Return shipping fee description:

1. If we send the wrong goods (for example, send the wrong size of the goods, send the wrong color of the goods, send the wrong goods, send the wrong quantity), the shipping costs of the return and re-delivery will be paid by us.
2. If a return or exchange is required due to the customer's reasons, including the replacement of the goods, the change of the size of the goods, the change of the color, etc., the shipping costs for the return and re-shipment shall be paid by the customer in full.

Exchanges

Refunds
